Plunge Preparation & Delivery Guide

Plunge Preparation & Delivery Guide

We want to ensure your Plunge installation is as smooth and seamless as possible. Please use this checklist to help us prepare your space for its new arrival.

🛠 Phase 1: Pre-Delivery Readiness

To protect the integrity of your units, please ensure the following environmental standards are met before delivery:

  • Finalized Space: All floor and wall construction should be 100% complete.
  • Dust-Free Zone: To protect the filtration systems, please ensure no active construction (such as tile sanding or wood finishing) is taking place.
  • Placement Ready: Ensure your chosen location is fully prepped. Note: Moving the Plunge after the initial set-up carries a risk of damage.
  • Clear Pathways: Please verify that the path from the delivery entrance to the final suite location is free of any obstructions.
  • Visual Confirmation: Please send updated photos to the Omni team showing the studio is clean and ready for the units.

🚚 Phase 2: On-Site Delivery Requirements

On the day of delivery, we ask for your assistance with the following:

  • Point of Contact: Please ensure a designated POC is on-site throughout the delivery process.
  • Surface Protection: Keep the protective plastic covers on the units until the studio is officially ready for the final setup.
  • Connectivity & Safety: Ensure your WiFi is active and splash guards are installed on all outlets within 5 feet of any unit.
  • Inventory Check: Please account for all included Manuals, Fuses, Welcome Kits, and Starter Kits, storing them in a secure location until use.

📦 Phase 3: Maintenance & Branding Inventory

Your maintenance supplies and branding assets will arrive in dedicated shipments. Please audit the contents upon arrival:

Maintenance Pallet (Per Tub):

  • 13 Filters
  • 2 Gallons of Muriatic Acid
  • 4 Gallons of Liquid Chlorine
  • 4 Packs of Test Strips

SWTHZ Branding & Basin Shipments:

  • Decal Box: Includes SWTHZ branded tub mats and side decals.
  • Basins: These will arrive on a separate, dedicated pallet.

Pro Tip: To ensure your inventory is correct, simply multiply the "Per Tub" amounts by the total number of units purchased.
